Sport quad to me is faster - lighter through trails. Trails have mud. I dont like getting stuck. I'll never get on a MX track, so why not get something to keep me from getting stuck? :)

I hear ya...but I think there would be better options that would do well in all conditions combined...that seems more like a pure-mud tire. Then again, the choices might be slim for that size thoough....

If you go riding at Red River Motorcycle trails the stock tires work awesome. After those wear out get some maxxis', you'll appreciate the more durable sidewall. (especially on the front...ask me how I know)

So ya'll are saying something like holeshots or razars are gonna be better? Even in the mud?

Not that they'll be better in mud, but why have a pure mud tire if you only go through mud say, 20 or 30% of the time. They wouldn't be the perfect choice for the majoirty of your riding.

Something like these may be more of an ideal choice for you since they're not a pure-mud tire, but will still do "ok" in it....

Thanks for all the suggestions! I'm not really ready to buy tires yet either, so when the time comes, hopefully we'll have some better selections all the way around.

Yeah, but you gotta buy rims too. I'm going to hold out on replacement tires (aftermarket) until they fit on the stock rims.

I already have another set of paddle tires with rims coming and I'm going to buy a second set (stockers) on the cheap so I won't need tires for a long, long while. (hopefully)

the irazrs are coming out with the other other reg razrs in 11" in a couple months.
