last weekend a bunch of my friends and I headed over to flat river (st. jo state park) ... sand flats galore!
haha .. there were quads and dirtbikes everywhere ..every brand was represented i think ...
i manged to line up at one end of this sand flat ...and other quads started coming by ... one guy said damn ..what is that a 450? anyway ... some kaws, a few yamahas .. other hondas ... a can am ds whatever ...and 3 suzukis evntually lined up ...
well ... as i predicted ... the smaller atvs took off a bit faster while i was throwing sand ...but when i got to third and had the rev limiter pegged ... was right with everyone .. 4th ... started pulling away ...5th and well ... good bye everyone...
of course this was nothing official ... and it was cold as f**k ... i even had on my tourmaster electric suit under my carharts and some heavy ass steel-toed boots ...was wearing a cam on my helmet ... sadly the camera was faulty and the batteries kept takinga shit due to the cold...
so new years day we all are going again ...
this 700 is a force ... i took the time to let some guys (which i didnt know) ride my bike ..as i rode theirs ...
even the raptor doesnt have the balls this thing does ... and rides like a brick shit house... the suzuki or the 450 yamaha ..even the kfx450 dont come close to the raw power and solid feeling our 700xx's have...
most of the guys i let ride my bike were impressed ... one that wasnt said he cant jump it so well ... because the acceleration is much greater than he is used to...
anyway ... ill be sending my quad to sonic racing there in PA soon ...and the bike will be in ATV Sport Magazine in the coming months ...
Im excited to have long-travels on the rear making the front and rear 50" wide without spacers... will defintely be a force to recon with on flat track/tt/gncc type courses
when you guys are finally able to get your hands on some of these 11" razrs ... the difference is not only noticeable ..its DRAMATIC... keep the patience .. its worth the wait ...
