Just about done with the porting. Word to the wise, be real careful on who you send these heads to for porting- Its very involved compared to other 4 valve cylinder heads.

Seats are cut and the valves are lapped in(notice the line on the valves were they laped in perfectly. Seats were cut on a buddys Surdi machine, just need to blend the port into the first angle:

Pricing of the port work will be $350 for the XX port(reuses stock valves) and $400 for the XXR port(just sent the XR650R 37mm valves with the cylinder head).

Bo are you using an abrasive medium (extrude hone) process or is the work done all by hand?

Its all done by hand.
