Does anyone know if I have to modify the upper shock mounts to my 700XX if I am using aftermarket shocks? The shocks I had made used the same top of the shock as a 450r front shock. Hope this makes sense.

My Elka's fit right in, but they came with spacer washers. Not sure about the 450 shocks though
