When am i allowed to edit my xxgarage and put pics and stuff up?

Honestly, I was wondering the same thing as it seems once you put them up there you cannot modify them.

sure you can, click on your vehicle under where it says new vehicle it should bring all your pics up. then click edit and at the top of your vehicle description click images and you can add them there.
