Wilson, just an FYI...but the 700XX and the 450r share the same front sprocket...same part number and all. (It may save you time if you're ordering one from somewhere)

wow ..so means 70 links right? thats not including the attachment link? Im not totally understanding of the way they size/fit chains.

I took a good look at the sprockets ...the front sprocket is a much easier replacement than the rear ... can get to it from the right side of the quad ... compared to taking the entire rear end off/apart to get to the rear one.

actually ive found that certain oem products are actually better than aftermarket. On many quads the stock clutch is the only way to go and sometimes the brake pads. Also oem chains and sprockets are REALLY good. Ive always got the most use out of OEM sprockets compared to aftermarket. they just last longer.

ty for your experience. I decided to stick with oem chain/sprockets for the time being. I was just thinking to experiment with an added tooth ... or even taking one away.

I did however put some ASV c5 levers on my quad and do like them.

Yes 520 is the size, 70 is the # of links.

Has anyone tried a 13T front for bogging?
