Smoooth is a member here(I ported his cylinder head) and $240 really isnt a bad price for custom CP pistons, Raptor guys regularly spend $250 for custom CP pistons.

No, just the shape of the crown of the piston is changed to make more compression.

I do not have any numbers for the 12:1 alone, You'll get a few hp and a notable increase in torque

You will also have to run high octane race fuel with high compression pistons. I'm sure most people know that, just thought I'd mention it in case someone didn't.

You will generally get about 3% Hp increase per full point of compression increase.
