yes it is,,but there is also tie down rings attached to rotating table to secure atv properly

i picked it up from a friend of a friend for £300
think the company sell them direct from italy to the public
for £600-£700

very easy to spin the atv 360 degrees..great bit of kit but im sure you will have something similair to this in america

i saw a lift like this in daytona for bike cruiser bikes.... i think the company was called pit bull lifts.
