I am running the Pro-Taper Contours and love them. Got them from

www.desertsandatv.com

They were part of a kit they had on Ebay, with the bars, clamp and Trail tech Vapor dash setup.

Really dont have anything other than the stock ones to compare them to.
The stock bars SUCK!! They feel and look like they should be on my daughter's tri-cycle. I got the Pro Taper EVO. Mounted it to a Trial Tech billet logo clamp. If you ride in an aggressive manner and sit on the tank half of the time you will like them. If you ride more "casually", you'd probably like a bar that is a little taller and with more sweep on them. I really like the EVO's, they are perfect for me. Another option is to get a set of pivoting risers from Rox, they allow you to pivot the bars back as much as you like. The only problem is that there isn't a dash available for the XX at this time.

Love my Pro Tapers. Mine are the KX High's. The KX Highs match the height of the Stock bars with the Vapor bar mount but they are more straight across than stock. I actually have mine straight up and down. These have improved handling and cornering allot for me. With the new bars I am able to get farther up on the xx and put more weight to the front of the xx witch helps with tighter cornering.

Mine are the mid version. I angled them forward a little too and the steering got much better. I also left them full size instead of shortening them at all.

Posterboy...where you been? I see you ordered the Pro Armor nerfs too? Sweet! Bad news is they pushed them back to the end of December now, so we won't get them until January (maybe). How do you like your Yoshi pipe? I just ordered my HMF yesterday, it should be here by the end of next week.
My bars are also slightly forward and would agree that it makes a big difference. There is no way to shorten mine with my hand guards. I actually got my brake attachment a little bit off of the flat area and broke the clamp and I had to get a new one.

Its been to freekin cold to get my butt out in the garage to put it on :). I do not have my garage finished off yet as that is my project for this winter. I have been busy getting my sled ready :) I am not in that much of a hurry for the nerfs as I will not need them unless I decide to ride at the indoor Sandbox track this winter.

I have been thinking about taking my rims into work and powder coating them black.

I'm still stock everything. I did angle my bars forward though.

has anyone mounted a set of flexx bars yet?
I can't wait to see that.

I had Fasst Flexx bars on my 450R and miss them on my 700XX. I had a rox speed anti vide riser with Flexx bars also a Precision stabilizer. I did not see anything on Rox Speed site for the 700XX.

I have a 450r with flexx bars and in the process of getting a set for my 700xx. When you ride with these bars you dont really notice what they are doing but if you ever want to find out if a product is any good try riding without it. I did this without my flexx bars and precision dampner and the different was incredible. The biggest advantage for flexx bars i notice is in landings the bars just take out the shock through your arms when you land also through whoops and stutters. I know they are expensive but i really think they are worth the money.
I am only a couple of weeks from having them on the 700xx
Ok been a long time since i been on...took me and my quad on vacation for two week.

Anyways i came home to two new packages...one with a new set of flexx bars. I got the 14 degree quad racer since im a tall rider (6' 3").

for clamps i got the trail tech, they are about 1 inch higher then stock and angle slightly forward.

Now combined the new setup puts the bars over a inch higher then stock so now i dont ride hunched over. And the 14 Degree gives me better wrist angles then before.

i just installed these so i will give a ride report later...

Do you have a ride report yet? :D

I'm going to get some14 degree quadracer flexx's very soon, any pics of your setup? How did you like them? I'm debating towards 14 or 15 degree, but will probably go with 14 since I'm 6' 2". How did you mount you indicator lights?
i have renthal fatbars there the best bars ive ever had

i replaced them with protaper se bars they were too high and too wide but definetly renthal fat bar atv bend is the way

remember if you have oversized bars you need oversize mounts
I have tag metal with 2inch risers I love the feel the stock one are so soft... But on the other side with stiffer aftermarket bar if you roll over your stem will bend easier.
will a trail tech computer mount with flexx bars
