Hear enough about places closing......Are new places opening around anyone??

Since I have been riding I have heard about one place opening.

Yeah, you hear about places closing more than you hear about new places opening. There was one place I saw on one of those off road TV programs, but for the life of me, I can't remember the name of the place nor where it was at. Can't even remember which off road show it was on. I do remember that it was private land and that it seemed to be atv tours rather than open riding.
