rolled the 700 an the stem seems to be bent up top where there is a plastic ring ..tips on straightening it?

Buy a new one or take it and replace the pipe in between you will never be able to straiten it and be sound again
Mine is the same way I am having a new one built for use with a mod quad anti vibe clamp its cheaper than the $300 houser stem plus I can have it any length I want I'm thinking +1.5" maybe +2 we will see
