What is best way to paint my hubs? I want it last as long as possible?/

I think regular old spray paint would suffice so long as you did the normal prep. It's not like they take the rock/dirt/mud abuse like the rims do.

clean with something like simple green, rinse off quickly, let dry... paint with a self-etching primer, then two coats of color. make sure you tape off lugs and center bolt, as well as axle, etc... or just take them off for paint.

do it up right, have them powder coated. IMO, i dont think they will "hold" paint very long and end up looking like sh*t after 3 to 4 good rides.

Correct, This has been tried by a few members already with no success.

I took the time to do the proper prep but the paint still chipped and peeled. Powder coat is the way to go.

i've been riding 5+ times since i painted the hubs and only had two small dings on my wheels. hubs are still perfect.

Took mine off and painted as outlined above. Self-Etching primer and high temp engine enamel. Have had it out a few time and they still look good.:hey:
