does any one know of a company that does custom headers ? motoworks wont be making the sr4 into a full system ( so they say ) and i think that could be my next step in the power department

I'm bout to have someone make mine for my yosh pipe... he'd probably need your muffler to do it, but any fab shop could make one.

Only draw back I see is that the slip on your using had to fit/match the stock head pipe so any header will have to end at the same size.

Incorrect. The yosh "mid pipe" is held in by springs. By removing that, it could be larger pipe.

how does who ever making it know what size to make the ID ? other wise it might not get enough back pressure.... ?

how much did the guy tell you it would cost swope ?

I dont have an estimate yet, but I can't imagine it being enough. This guy has been making exhaust for several years. I can tell you - my shorty 2bros gsxr pipe i use to run when i first got it - didn't have enough back pressure. So I'll know what it feels like! haha.

i made a custom double can exhaust for my honda 600rr, i know what it sounds like to not have enough back pressure,

well if he can make me a header that would be awsome

fmf headers should work it only makes sense. if a moto works exhast fits on a stock header and an fmf slip on does the same thing, and u can add an fmf header to an fmf slip on then whats the prob. just get an fmf header there very nice
