Next week the family is going to Deep Creek for vacation. This will be our first time there and we are planning on trailering our quads down. Does anyone know of any good places to ride around that area?
We found a few trails on state forest land that are available to ride but I don't know how good they are.

Any help is appreciated thanks!!

The only state land that I know of in that area was the Green Ridge loop, but I heard that was closed this year due to erosion. From what I've heard, it wasn't worth it anyway, just an 18 mile loop. I'm not sure if bringing your quads would be worth the effort, unless you can find someone with some private land.

Returned from the Maryland trip Friday and was disappointed with the ATV trails when I first got there. Later in the week we eventually made a trip to the Potomac State Park. The trails were longer and eventually got into some rough terrain going along the North branch of the Potomac River! The trails weren't too bad at all you just have to look for them. And the fishing was amazing as well! It was one of the best fishing experiences I've had. My buddy and I caught over 8 trout each and didn't see one other person in the 6 hours we were there. Make a trip out of it and take a rod on your quad you won't be disappointed. They don't have much to offer for ATV's in Maryland but if you find yourself down that way I would suggest stoppin there for a day.
