Replace the rear axle collar/plates and honestly it was worn out but not that much after all the riding I've done with it, had to basically take most of the rear end apart but it wasn't that bad and in way I'm glad that I did cause I notice my front sprocket needs to be replace, worn out so now I need to order another part. I also need to replace my exhaust system since my header basically came loose and started to contact my casing which caused it to have a small hole but this I'm just going to replace it with the Motoworks full system if I can find one. Motoworks have it on their web site for 399 so I'm waiting for them to fix their web site since you can't "checkout" of their site and the other sites are selling it for 450+ so I'll wait. Sad part is that now I'll need to re-tune the bike...sucks!

Hopefully soon I'll have the beast ready to rock and roll again.

Glad you got it fixed! I would replace your rear sprocket and chain also if your front sprocket is that worn down. I have a great free pcv tune for the Sparks exhaust, but it's 150.00 more than the Motoworks. No retune if you get the Sparks though!

Have a new chain, did check the rear sprocket and looks good. Should have an answer tomorrow with Motoworks and already have a tune for my PCIII.

Thanks anyway

Lol! the bike is still apart due to ordering a new front sprocket, honestly the collar that I replace didn't really need to be replace like I was suggested, it was worn but only about 0.010" which is not much at all. Hopefully they still make a full system and if not, I still have their slip on, just would need to order an OEM header. Hopefully I'll have the beast ready for the second week of January since I'm off all week.
