this is the same reply i posted in crwh45 f150 raptor thread didnt wann hijack it on the first reply so ill start a new one sorry man ill edit it out

first vehicle was a 98 mazda b4000 with 3 inches of body lift and 3 suspension 4x4 with 33 inch tires on it, only had a 4.0 v6 in it but man it was sweet to me. that effin truck was amazing it would go anywhere, i only got it stuck once runnin the power lines before school (loved goin to school with the entire truck drippin mud the only place u could see in was where the wiper blades cleaned and a little spot on each window id get out and clean off with my hand hehe). pretty much had my truck layin on its passanger side window, one side off the mud hole was deeper than the other. and when it was sittin on its side gravity was not helpin me get traction :) man i miss that truck. that thing sucked on pavement in the rain tho i was sittin at a stop light once and light changed so i started my turn and it spun me in a perfect 180 and i was facin the lady behind me omg the look on her face was absolutly priceless bahahaha. waved and drove around her, turned around and tried again.

1979 datsun B210 station wagon... passed down to me though my family. It was purchased new in 79 and i'm the youngest of 7... by the time I recieved it there were rust holes, dents, you could see the road down through the manual gear shift (great from dropping gum wrappers). But, it was a tank, had the original clutch and motor with 225k miles on it. good times....

1970 Barracuda Grand Coupe. 383 2 barrel. I got it at age 17. I paid $1000 for it. Only had it a few months. It had air shocks and L60s. Handled like shit. Hit a pole, not too bad but sold it and got a 1969 Pontiac Gran Prix Model SJ. $280. 455 4 barrel rocket ship. Huge back seat. Lot's of memories from there. That car was heavy but had 400 factory HP. Also had a 71 Formula Firebird. Paid $1500. 400 Ram Air, 4 speed Muncie. Took off like a bullet and with g60s on Cragar mags and radial tuned suspension it handled really good. . Owned all in the late 70s before I was 21. Those cars would probably fetch over 100 grand total today.

first truck (that wasn't a field car and was road legal) 1994 ranger splash, sky blue with pink highlights LOL. First car, 69 chevelle that was all beat up, did everything myself and painted it JD greene (with paint I had left over from restoring a 52 JD B). It was awesome, LOL. Had a 383 stroke from JCWHITNEY....sold it cuz the price was right....now it looks mint.

My first was a 66 mustang with a boss 302 that I built up when I was 14. Nice car but I think I worked on it more than I drove it. It was also being fixed a lot more than it was being driven. It seemed that every week something went wrong with it. From the starter blowing up into pieces, Motor mounts breaking, electrical problems, and so on.

'79 Mercury Capri 5.0 with 289 heads. A NASCAR engine builder built the engine for my dad and I was too young to care what was in it. It was very fast though.

1953 Plymouth 4 door with 3 on the tree. No fricking power flathead 6... could do 65 downhill with a good tailwind. Got it from my parents when I was 16. It may have been a POS, but even after taking it off road and doing some hill climbs... I just couldn't kill it. At 16, it was not exactly a chick magnet.

T'was a two door...as far as axles go...NO CLUE! I was sixteen and all I cared about was driving from point A to point B! :D
I meant SJ model or LJ model. The SJ had all the crazy gauges in the center of the dash above the A/C vents. Also had a floor shifter.
