Can someone please explain( with pictures would be great ) how to get the front Plastic to fit properly using the IMS tank. I look at Josh Castor and Waynes and they fit perfectly but my one has about a 1" gap above the headlight and when I try and push it down, it is not keen to stay there.

if you will search the forum this has been addressed many times ,which i dont have an ims tank, no need for one,but the pro race teams that use them just modify other stuff to make it fit right, most of us recreational riders dont have the shop and knowledge to make it look professional or the secrets or tricks i wouldnt buy one because of fitment probs because i know i myself doesnt have the shop and tools to do it with and if i was to install it it would probaly have the same issues, some aftermarket acessories fit better than others without tweakin:xx:

actually, theirs don't fit perfect either. it looks that way because of the graphics, but up close it's the same with every quad. it's just one of those things you have to live with

I am working on putting a dry break on the stock tank.

Did you cut the raised areas off the inside of the stock nose piece? The recesses in the IMS tank were not in the right spot for mine.
