Stock rear shocks revalved, and resprung (dual rate), new crossovers... completely rebuilt and serviced...

What exactly was done to the rear shocks ? I know what dual rate springs are but what kind of re-valving was done, and who did the work? And what are new crossovers (i am dumb here)? Why are you selling them?
