So...We've been planning a trip to the Canadian Rockies foothills for a couple months already. It takes place this weekend. Well in the last week, the men (husband included!) have decided that it's a "GUY" trip and no one with "boobs" is welcome. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! I ride better than a lot of the guys going on this trip! Needless to say...I am PISSED. :steamed:

There are guy things and girl things... Such as a girl's night out and the guy's night out. But, something that has been planned as coed from the beginning should stay coed and not be changed at the last minute. Whenever we plan a group trip to ride/camp, there is no restrictions on who can come... even if they don't ride. Bring the wife... sure. Bring the kids... sure. Dirt bikes OK?... sure. Many of the girls that I ride with are better riders than some of the boys... and me. At this point, I agree... Boobs don't go, hubby won't see them any time soon either.

Some clothes shrink on a boil wash.
some clothes go pink when washed with a red t-shirt
and there food starts to taste funny.

I'm afraid there will be no caving on his part. Even if I make his life a living hell for the next while. He'll get just as much (if not more) flack from the "guys" if he caves.

my girls night out is with my female cousins and mike 80% of the time comes... lol

most the women I prefer to hang out with have kids and don't do girls night so I see them at partys with hubby & kids...like new years...

well I agree they should not have changed there minds last minute but get even and meet us in Utah next year without them!

Me thinks probably 2 or 3 "GUYS" instigated this and you probably know which ones.
A devious minded person would let there wife/girlfriend know that because you are not going on this trip ,that your hubby is taking you to Lake Louise for the weekend . Can't remember the hotel there but it's next to the lake and that you need to remorgage your house to stay there.
There wifes/girlfriends will expect the same treat and you may find it not a problem next time .:tup:
