Is there much to going into the engine as far as the bottom of the cylinder(removing cylinder)? I haven't done it before but I catch on to things quick. Any advice or special tools I should know about?
Taking the cylinder off is pretty easy just follow the service manual instructions. You don't not need the cam chain tensioner tool. Just remove the tensioner all together for disassembly.
Also new oem(1) base and(1) head gaskets. 45 ft lbs on the head bolts any more and you will stretch them. The only other thing you need to worry about is the ring gap, but that will depend on which piston you use.
