You could always pause it then hit print screen

I don't know about Imovie, I use Adobe Premiere Pro CS5 and under the Preview for your sequence there is an 'Export Frame' button that lets you save a picture. Could always try that or look for a similiar button in Imovie

Quick google got this:

set playhead at wanted position of clip ..
ctr-click, choose 'add still frame to Project'
in Project window, click on new clip, ctrl-click, choose 'reveal in Finder'
from Finder, copy .jpg to any other location of harddrive
drag that copy into your document.

See if that works

I'm about 6' off the ground in this picture. I landed flat and completely bottomed out. I could hear my skids scrape the ground when i landed!

What SD cards are you guys using in your gopro and how much video can it hold? Also what are you using to edit your videos?
