Lol, tomorrows the big day! Leaving around 4am and hoping to arrive in Gilbert around 7pm.

So far we have a full tool set, all gear, parts, oil change stuff, filters, cleaning solvents, etc...

I also grabbed a new toy for the ride. :hey:

It's the Delomre PN-40 GPS. I've grabbed all the topo and satelite imagery and downloaded it already. If nothing else it will trace our exact routes for each day we go out.

Anyone think of any last minute gotchas they wish they remembered?

Why the trailer paperwork? Going the end of May...
I was told WV state troppers love to pull you over to make sure your trailer is reg and insured! Its easy money for them since soo many come through.. dont know how true it is but was worth it to be current and have it... we went through in the middle of the night..so I didnt see any.

Found a dam Wifi spot...finally! Not too common around Gilbert...

Having a blast down here. So far we've hit the RockHouse, BearWallow and Pinnacle systems. Today is Buffalo and that may be it. Rains coming in tomorrow. :( I'm about ready to go home anyway...my 3 year old is missing us, and we are really missing him. I also have a conference in Atlanta Sunday so I'd like to have more than a couple hours to see him before I leave again.

We're already planning out next years trip...this place is AWESOME!!!

I can also say that going with a group of riders with very disparate skill levels can be...frustrating. It's stop and go for me the whole day as my wife and one of my sons is very slow. They just aren't into flying around the trails... It wears on you at times. Got a chance yesterday to just go for about 30 mins and it was sooo much better. I swear the 700xx is built for this trail system. Even Rockhouse (aptly named) was a breeze for me while my boys got shaken rider syndrome...lol.

LOL! Rockhouse is pretty hard unless you have some real good suspension. They should really like Buffalo. If you go towards where we stayed last year which is posted above, they have WiFi, just park in the parking lot and use their network. Penny won't mind.

Oop's!! Here's the link where we stayed:
http://www.thehatfieldhouse.com/

which is right outside of Gilbert heading towards Tamcliff on route 80
