I recently noticed that my left outside CV Joint boot was tore. So I ordered my parts and proceeded to tare the machine apart to work on it...I didn't get very far... I got both wheels and hubs off and raised the top a-arms up so I could work on the driveshafts and pull them off (the right driveshaft has to come off to get the left off) and the right driveshaft will NOT come off ! I thought the spline on the CV Joint was seized into the inboard joint so I've had it soaking with PB Blaster for 2 days and I went at it again tonight. I've had everything from a 3 foot prybar to an air hammer on it and it will not budge, which is sooo frustrating when in the manual they say a flatblade screwdriver should do it. I have noticed that the splines are actually moving just slightly inside the inboard joint but I'm guessing that the stopper ring on the end of the splines is binding up. If anybody could give me any hints or tips on how to get this thing tore apart it will definitely save me from pulling alot of my hair out. Thank you.
