:beat: will putting to much oil on my air filter damage the motor I serviced my filter for the first time and not sure if i have enough or too much?

No, it won't damage the motor. Put it in a ziplock bag with some oil at work it around so that it is saturated. Then squeeze the excess oil out. Don't twist it, but squeeze it with some authority. If you squeeze it back into the ziplock bag you can use it the next time.
