you'll need a 36mm spanner and a vice. The front stock shock is taken apart by unscrewing the top mount. Pull the springs down and you will see a washer with 2 flats on it . Put the top mount in the vice, lift up the springs and put spanner or adjustiables on the washer and unscrew. Simples.

Thanks I will put this on my to do list, untill then at least I have shock covers!
