Well dealing with Dynojet here in Vegas, they seem to take the conservative approach to mapping. The System that a few from my car club used to test was also a Auto Tune device. The Units they made were for Lancer Evolutions X 2009 and up. They made more power then stock but still we could get just a few more HP's out by tweakin.

Yes,
I contacted Power Commander and asked why they don't list the 08. They told me that because they didn't actually test it on an 08 they won't. I offered my 08 for a test no reply. Anyhow no difference in the two years. I have been using mine for about 6 mo now, no problems.

Good question I would ask fuel moto... If I had to guess, bad info or advertising BS on their part.

I did not ask why...but they quoted me $279 + $12.95 for shipping. I will probably go this route. I guess before I order from them I should ask the difference between the pre 09 retro fit and the 09 model.
