I turned the back down almost all the way. No problem there. When I went to turn the fronts the rings won't budge. Are they locked in or something? The manual is no help. The front is way too soft and I plan on going all the way tight and then adjusting from there. The XX really dives in the woops. The way Honda hypes the IRS you'd think they'd put better shocks on it. The stock fronts are really poor.

Also take the weight off the front end. I put my front on a bucket. It makes it a ton easier. Also spray some PB Blaster or something on it before you start. That helps lube it/get some of the dirt out

Lift up the front end of the bike with a jack, take a hammer and punch and back off bottom lock nut all the way and than spin the upper lock nut in the opposite direction. Mine were tough to break loose but they did after a couple taps.
