There is no idle adjustment, they use a tps. Idle is set to 1500-1600rpm at 0% throttle in the ecm.

The engine ecm is designed to idle at 1500rpm . If your is not, you have a other problems lol. Section 6-58 in the service manual. Download link here.

The electric control module(ecm) reads input voltage and values of the sensors(iacv one of many Section 6-15) and uses it's input voltage and values to control the efi system of the 700xx. Section 6-56 in the service manual.
