So I did the big 3!! Haven't had a chance to ride yet errrgg. Anyway I was just idling in my garage and in less than 120 seconds my head pipe was literally glowing bright red, the whole pipe! I'm sure the lack of air flow contributed some, but it seems like a potential problem? Has anyone else noticed this? it has the map that came with the pciii in it so maybe ill load the one from gary (bo map) and see if it happens again. I wanted to wait before switching to the bo map to check for a difference, but with the pipe overheating so rapidly I may just switch first. All thoughts appreciated.

Besides that issue the pipe sounds beautiful, nice and deep. Ill post a review next weekend when I can ride!

It should not be glowing red by simply idling. Sounds like it's extremely lean at idle. What did the map look like? I am using a Bo White map and I do not have this problem with mine.
