I know from past experience from all of the cars I've built up, that the smoother the intake path is, the better the flow, the more power you yeild in return. I was wondering if there is a kit online anywhere that can be purchased with the full intake tube rather than all the kits with filters and filter flanges. I have searched and checked out tons of photos of other peoples' bikes, but I've always seen the stock ribbed/striated intake tube. I was thinking about building a custom piece that has a bracket and smooth tube for my 700xx.

The only brand of this kind of intake you talk about is the FCI intake:

Made with and without a box but dont think it's out for the xx. It has been dyno proven to make the most power in Raptors, YFZ450 and KTMs. You could contact them.

Ok, cool. I'll start working on something. I just know that I'd like to make something. I've seen some for other quads, just nothing for our bikes. I believe that as bad ass as these 700xx's are, there should be a whole pile of these type of parts! Oh well, I'll keep everyone updated on my progress.
