does anyone know if a 22x12.5x10 will fit the xx on the rear?? or 24x9x11... i know the 24's will but it seems kinda narrow for a 24... ur thoughts pls! im thinkin about gettin these, but its either the narrow 24 on the stock rim or the super wide 22 on the itp rim???? so many choices, all ur thoughts appreciated and anyone who runs in mud or snow should seriously check out www.intercotire.com then click on "specialty tires" on the right side of the page. they have some seriously fierce mud tires!!!!

Super swampers

I have run swampers on other bikes and they pull really well just about every where but sand. If you go with the 22x12.50-10 then you will have to get rims with enough offset to keep the tires from rubbing your A-arms and other vital frame components. This set up will work well for mud and open areas, however, your ability to go down tight trails in the woods will be reduced due to the extra width of the offset rims. Also your outside C.V. boots will not be protected as they will sit outside of the 10" rims instead of inside like the stocks. If you ride in the woods alot I would seriously consider these two things. I would go with the 24's since the extra height and ground clearance will more than make up for the extra width. Just depends on what kind of riding you do. I run 24x10-11 Bear Claws on my rear stock rims and this set up has worked extremely well for 6 months now. The Bearclaws pull just as good and are not rounded like the swampers which I find works better in all situations. Drop to a 12 tooth sprocket up front if you go with 24's. :hey:

I'm mainly in trails and not so much mud, i went with 11" RAZR on rear and 23" RAZR 2's on the front. I hope this will work out. lol
