Did you ride 9/16 or 11/16 and wich one you recommand to buy for 80% trail riding and 20% hill climp/sandpit

thanks!!!

the 11/16, i do the same riding and it is perfect, not rough riding either like other suspected.the only change i noticed on my bike is the handling.i cant imagine having anything smaller now(insert she said joke)

I have the 11/16 bar and find it limits suspension travel on rough trails, but its excellent on smooth pine forest tracks. I am about to buy the 9/16 bar which I reckon is a better allround option for the riding I do. If you have standard suspension your better off with the 11/16 if you have after market I would go with the 9/16.

I have them both!!! Racing in the desert and just riding I love the 9/16 works great!!!! I raced desert with the 11/16 and it limited my suspention alot for the desert and made it stiff. Rode mx track with the 11/16 and loved it, you want stiffer suspention for mx and cornering was great. So I use both, 9/16 for my trail riding and desert racing and 11/16 for my mx/gp races!!!

Thanks Kyle L8ton racing for a great sway bar!!!!

Had both and prefer the 9/16" for trail riding, SRA works better with that one, the 11/16" is also great but a tab too stiff for me. I want the SRA to be able to work when I'm in some off-camber area.

i had this same debate a couple of weeks ago and after spending a min or two on the phone with kyle he had me pretty much sold on the 11/16 but like he said the best way to find out whats perfect for you is to get both. He also mentioned to me about have a few bars designated as "trial bars" so some one can purchase it for a set price, test it and decide but idk if this option has opened up yet.

I cant recommend a bar since I've only tested the 11/16". I can tell you that with the 11/16" the handling is amazing and my front end push is gone. I went 4th gear pinned down the Badlands main trail which is basically whoops the whole way. The XX with this sway bar was still smooth as glass. I definitely think the guys who have two sway bars and have tested both would have a better opinion on the subject.

I've been waiting on the 9/16" to come in, but I think you maybe changing my mind to the 11/16". I ride mostly in the mountains of W. Va. We do alot of climbing, trail riding, on trails and threw creeks alot. Lot's of whoops, and rocks. Sometimes the creek is the trail, we dont just cross them. And I do a little black top riding, if we need to get back home quicker.

I am gonna wait for the 9/16. I bought a IRS quad so I could have IRS. I just want something so I can swing the rear out a little etc... I want as much comfort as I can get on the trail without sacrificing performance, the 9/16 sounds like what I'm gonna want.

I've had my 9/16 for some time now and have been doing my own testing on a variety of terrains. So far, I like it for the riding that I do. HOWEVER, just comparing to the stock sway bar vs. comparing the 9/16 to 11/16, is a bit different. Everything depends on what YOU want for the riding YOU do... So, at best, all WE can say is what WE like for what WE do. Everything about suspension boils down to individual rider needs and preferences. Kinda like asking how someone likes their underwear to decide which kind to get for yourself.

Clear as mud now, right?

Sorry for you guys ;) let's say i kind of sell help promote parts over my place!
