OK. Now I have my tires, FMF header and 4.1, EHS controller and lid (UNI filter), shocks, Teixeira a-arms and L8ton swaybar. Now I can go faster in turns and soak up a lot of the rough terrain. At this point I've spent as much as I paid for the quad for performance parts.

Now I want to work on slowing down. A lot of racing requires big bursts of speed followed by rapid decelaration and then powering through a turn. What are some good ways to improve braking on th XX?

Braided lines. Use 2, don't have one from the handlebar going down to a t then splitting to each wheel.

good front tires just as important as anything. braking is only as good as traction. I run razers and can stand quad on front tires any time I want, while still setting in regular position on seat.

I use this system and far better than the T3 system.

Aftermarket discs, I use Artrax ,£30 a piece and work really well with Dunlopad/Renthal pads.
