I don't think it will mess with the air because they do sell that replacement grill for the xx which is solid in design. I think its pretty cool. Lets see it work at night.

Just curious as to what the purpose was, Looks or function? Being you posted it on the how to section a write up would be helpful of others wanted to do the same

im not sure i will have to check in the summer when it gets in the 100 degrees... cause right now its preety good temp. its in the 70's so it doesnt heat up much..

Does the heat off of the grill light get hot enough to melt the plastic? Just curious, as I tried something simular before on another quad & burnt it down..LOL

Pretty cool...I just installed a Pro Armor front bumper, and I see I can put some lights on it. I thougt of getting some of the Torch lights to put on there..If I do I will be sure to post HOW TO INSTALL.....I ride trails at night quite a bit and having some light that is low (kind of like fog lights) Helps me see the trail better. I put some Warn Fog lights on my Foreman 450 and they work OKay...Not to much to brag about, they do keep the light down in front of me..They work good, could be brighter but for what I want they work. I put a HID kit on my Foreman and you can see me coming from a mile away....It is great !!
