I know I am. For instance my latest build for a customer. 18.9hp/12.3tq gain off just a head/cam/piston swap on a 700 Raptor:
Stock with the Big3 baseline:



Swapped over a 12:1 CP piston, HDD5050 cam and my Megalodon race port:

Nice job Bo very impressive. What do you run on that for a fuel controller also does it have stock ignition or a programmable unit.

PCIII is whats controling the fuel side, stock Yamaha is controlling the ignition. Theres a horse or two in a Dynatek ignition, quite a few in a 54mm TB(even a horse in boring the stocker out) and a couple in steping up to the next size cam(Web4).

what comp is the piston. and did u use race gas

and 111 Rocket Fuel leaded gasoline.
that prob gives it like 3-4hp over pump 93gas. ive seen +3hp with vp on my ferinds big3 z400. the piston maby 2hp.

The 12:1 CPs are good for 4hp over stock piston on the Raptors depending on combination. Rocket Fuel IMO is cheap race gas and just under AV gas when lookin at power production lol.

Did you have detonation on the top end? The power gets rough and the A/F is higher.

The power looks rough because it was on knobbies and a car dyno. The dynatek cleaned up the power after about 6500rpm, helped the overrev quite a bit as you can see. The A/F was a virtual overlay, didnt change.

I see the A/F stayed the same between runs but noticed at 52mph the A/F went higher and the power got choppy. Just an observation, not saying it is det
