why is it when i try to put up new pictures it tells me that the files are invalid?

Where are you trying to put the pictures? In an album, or just attachec in a post? What kind of pictures are they (jpeg, gif, etc) and what is the size?

Just tried to upload new pics as a attachement and saying I am over my quota. Still getting use to the new forum. Do I have to delete some somewhere.

its 31.3 mb and it bitmap. im not to sure about all the tech stuff on computers. the dementions 119x89. i have other pictures that i tried to post and there bigger then that

Wow, well there's your problem. lmao Images can't be any bigger than about 120kb or so. You need to reduce the size.
