Ok so i got my TREX a couple months ago and knew when i got it that i would wanna do an exhaust, programmer and some better tires. So now i've been researching to find the best setup for the money. I don't do any racing only trail riding so i dont plan on doing any major engine work. What do you guys suggest to be the best bang for buck? Also i dont wanna do any dyno testing so a setup that is easy would be best! Thanks

A 13 tooth sprocket is the best bang for the buck. You'll feel more seat of the pants power than an exhaust and programmer. As for an exhaust, since you're not going into the engine a slip on is enough. You won't really gain much, maybe about 2hp with a good tune. As far as a programmer goes, I recommend the PC3. People will tell you to get the E.H.S because it's cheaper. The PC3 is better with more flexibility,TONS of maps out there for it, and just barely more then the E.H.S unit. Not sure if you got an aftermarket air filter, but I recommend a UNI.

alba big3 kit is the cheapest and comes with the most goods. alba pipe, alba controller, and velocity air filter.
ehs big 3 is 80$ more but has more top-end power. barker pipe, ehs controller, and ehs air box lid.

Thanks guys! I already have a 13 tooth Renthal sprocket and really like it so far. I was really just wanting a good pipe to increase power and make the bike sound better. But i guess you cant get a pipe without a programmer or it'll be too lean. So now i guess i am gonna go ahead and get a full exhaust and programmer. I have looked into the E.H.S. stuff and that sounds really good for what i'm looking for. Thanks 700xxmaniac, i'll look into the Alba stuff. That sounds like a good deal. I am hoping to find a kit that is easy to install and can come pretuned for the mods it comes with.

IMO:
13T
Uni
EHS programmer and lid
Barker full system
23" Razr 2 fronts
22" Razr rears

The Barker/EHS package has major guts from top to bottom, it is amazing!
I like the 13T, but I gotta say that the Barker/EHS made by far the most felt power difference on mine.

My programmer was setup perfect right out of the box.

I have a full FmF system with powerbomb header and factory 4.1 muffler, uni air filter, EHS lid and controller. I'm very happy so far, I have a 13t sitting in the box waiting to be installed as well

I have the same as Jason above minus the lid, and I love it. Had pretty much the same pipe on one of my 450Rs as well, and it was amazing. When are you planning on doing this? after hatfield? if so, you can take mine for a spin to see how you like the noise/power of it.
