Ok!

My company is downgrading and basically offered me a position in Raleigh but I do not know anything about the area, well I used to go there once in awhile during my AF time but that's it.

So I need some info from the local boys/gals about how the area is and what should I expect from there, where should I move in that area and do we have allot of riding area nearby?

Closest riding is probably busco. 1.5-2 hrs I think. Which part of raliegh are you going to be in?

I'm looking towards Clayton, found a place there where you can play golf on their 2 golf courses for "free" during the week and their prices are cheap compare to here. I'll know for sure sometime next week if I'll be going there or CA, the Big Boss wants me back in LA since I know the area and our customers so we'll see what they have to offer $$

Quality of living is so much cheaper down south. It is about 4 hours from where I used to ride in SC, called Francis Marion state forest, but it was all sand there and about 120 miles of trails if I remember correctly. I am not sure but I think I heard someone say you could ride close to the Outer Banks as well.

That's true but they are also willing to let me go if I ask for it, just waiting to hear back if I was approve or not but it'll be awhile before they decide, we all know how big companies take their time making those kind of decisions, lol!!
