To the NJ members,

I am sure the answer is no, but has anyone come across any legal riding areas in NJ in the last few months? I went to lost Trails in PA a few times, but want to know if any local place has surfaced recently. I am so tired of having to travel to ride my quad that I have resorted to street riding 2 wheelers again.

Oddly enough, I feel much safer riding the ATV on trails then riding two wheelers on the street. Traffic is so bad in Atlanta, I would have to ride 1/2 hour or so before I could get away from it. I don't know what part of Jersey you are from, but hopefully you have some wide open spots to ride. Sucks that you have to travel to ride the ATV.

Growing up in N.J. myself, I can remember having alot of choices as to where to ride, but urban sprawl has ruined just about every one of them !! As mentioned, I too wish I could ride local, but for now I'm also putting some travel-time in { about 2 to 3 hours } towards western P.A. We go riding at Treverton, Minersville,Shenendoah etc. -and I have to admit, it's worth the drive time !!:hey:

I am from North NJ. For street riding I have to travel around 15 miles to hit the twisties of Bear Mountain.
