Last 2 rides I went on I had oil in my air box. It came a little bit out over the top of the drain tube into the air box both times. Second ride I never did any wheelies to make sure that was not the problem and my air filter isn't over oiled either. Any ideas on what it could be?

That is a breather rather than an over flow... crankcase gasses back to intake to be re-burnt... Just like on a car or truck, these gasses are re-circulated as one of the emissions controls. Your oil level may be too high causing too much oil to pass to the breather. Check your oil level in BOTH places... crankcase dip stick and oil tank dip stick... follow procedures for checking oil level from your owner's manual.

Now, if you'd said that you were blowing blue smoke as well... THAT would be a sign of other motor problems. A 4 stroke quad should not blow blue smoke like a 2 stroke just firing up.

Chances are that you're burning off excess oil from too high an oil level. You'd probably want to check your plug as well to check for oil fouling.

I check oil before every ride because I have a little bit of oil burn. About every 5 tanks of gas it hits the bottom of the dipstick. So I follow the manual procedures for checking oil so I don't see how it could be improper oil level. There's no smoke to be seen coming from the exhaust either.

3 Obvious Potential Causes-IMO
1. Too much oil on the filter
2. Too much oil in the crankcase
3. Blow by

But none seem to make sense in this case.

in your case that doesnt make much sense but if you ride wheelies like i do about a mile at the time you are going to get oil in your airbox. just take the drain tube off the bottom and let the oil drain out as it comes in, and always check the level before each ride

i have had this happen twice, once was the same as yours and it sorted its self out as quickly as it came about, and the second time was when i flipped it but i sort of expected to see oil in the air box that time

You may want to consider doing or having done a leak down test.
This is when you....
1. Take out spark plug.
2. Rotate engine to all valves fully closed position.
3. Remove air filter.
4. Remove crankcase dip stick.
5. Connect air line to spark plug hole via screw in fitting. (This is why most people have this done... they don't have this connector fitting)
6. Turn on air.
7. Find out where air is coming out and how much.
If lots of air is escaping from dip stick hole... air is getting past piston rings and you may need new rings and the other BS that goes with new rings.
If lots of air is escaping out the exhaust... exhaust valves are not seating and may need valve job.
If lots of air is escaping through the TB into air box... intake valves are not seating and may need valve job.

A leak down test is similar to a compression check except a compression check will only tell you that you're loosing compression not where.
