We use the entire running gear from a TRX700XX in our asphalt race buggy call Motobuggy. (There's some stuff about it on facebook)
At our last test, it appears that oil got in the coolant and it was whipped into a coffee colored foam that plugged up the water pump and radiator before all circulation stopped.
Compression is above specs and there are no outward signs of a blown head gasket. Oil pressure is good. There's also no sign that oil leaked past the oil pump shaft seal.
Any ideas on how the oil got in the water other than a blown head gasket or water pump seal would be much appreciated.
