I have the Motoworks SR4 slip-on and I am about to add a UNI filter. I don't need a programmer for this set-up do I? I am thinking that I don't.

Would a programmer even be beneficial with this set up?

i have the same question i have the uni and want a slip on i think you do need a programmer because it will run to lean from what i hear and it gives more power but they look so complicated with all the mapping and stuff

Stock the quad runs lean, thus a programmer is not needed but most beneficial! I added my programmer before my exhaust and could tell a difference in the response from the quad.

on a slip-on setup they will only pick up 1-1.5hp peak numbers with a tuned efi but the overall ride and feel of the quad was a good bit better imo

will you do damage without one not really with the lid off/ modified like ours they do lean out more and its more rec/neceassry then

will it run better yes

worth it, imo yes
