On my '07 Rhino 660 (same as '01-'05 Raptor), I run .0045 clearance on my piston/cylinder using the Weisco. Rings that came with the piston were within the specs but don't remember what they were. I would rather have a little more clearance in case I do get it hot and hopefully it won't seize up.
