Ok so i have a set of ds450 shocks coming for the front but what about the rears. the stock shocks beat me to death and i don't have a bunch of money to spend on fox or elka shocks. I am thinking about rear shocks off a polaris outlaw 525 irs, they are fox shocks. Does anyone know how much work it would be to put these shocks on? Any help would be greattly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Truthfully, give the ds shocks a try first and you may not care about the rears. Huge difference! But I haven't found a good cheap replacement for the rears yet.

The Outlaw shocks for the rears were my idea thoughts too... the both have the clevis type fit for the bottom mount. Let me know if you get a pair.

I saw a pic of the Polaris Fox shocks somewhere on here a while back, but it looked to me the top mounts would not work with the 700XX. If you look at your stock rear shocks, the top eyelet is extended for frame clearance, didn't look like the Fox shocks off the Polaris had a long enough top eyelet to clear the 700XX's upper frame mounts.

Also, you would have to look at extended and compressed lengths of the Fox shocks and compare that to stock. Depending how different they are, may not work out so well.

Best bet would be to get the rear shocks revalved/resprung, I bet they would work better then anything you could find from another quad.

Ok that sounds good but who can revalve/respring the rears. I know wiggstyle has a bad rep.
