Thought the ticking was my cam decomoressor, not so much. Oil ring and walls were pinched in the piston and the bore is scored...ugh ..anyone else do any rebuilds lately, what are some recommendations?

Nice save! And yeah just get a 103 or 104 piston kit & take it and cylinder to a local machine shop.

Make sure to send the new piston with the cylinder to be machined, if they don't ask.....find another shop. I have used these guys quite a few times and they do great work.
