What can have cause a sleeve to dropped ( it dropped 0.013''). I just want to understand, mine look likes to don't have a shoulder like Bo's raptor one. If I knew it now I would have a 727 kit...

Wow, .013" is alot of drop. Ive seen a couple drop .002-.003" but not that much.

What would be your advise ? I know for all the theads I rode concerning raptor's that you're THE man! I know I should of bought the White knukkle kit but as you guys says '' I live and learn'' but sometimes the hard way

I would reinforce the waterjackets simular to the way White Knuckle does em. But like this:

as soon as the billet cylinder is available it's gonna be the next upgrade. Anyway the machine shop will redo it and refound me.

By what I understand White Knuckle is developing an aftermarket cylinder for the XX. Hopefully it will be simular to the Raptor cylinder in the waterjacket.

I had one being made until a few days ago, The casting they were going to use wasn't available. I would have had to pay for a new casting which would have been $$$

Did someome look at the xr cylinder sleeve? It is not a open deck style, did someone have mesurement to compare with the xx?

I know you put alot of time trying to fit xr part and rode all your thread regarding this so my last comment was with all the respect no mean at all, also I'm not a native english speaker so sometime I don't get all the subtility of your language
