Precision all the way! Single best mod you can do IMO.

What kind of riding do you do? I've been interested in getting a stabilizer, but can't decide if I want to go that route or replace my front shocks first.

I couldn't even ride the beast properly without a damper. Sure shocks, arms and tyres help but it's a bloody handful all that power and no dampner!

In my opinion first thing to buy would be nerfs, then dampner then get rid of the front tyres. After that whatever the budget allows!

I'm with Simon on the damper, clip a tree or big rock and bye bye wrists. Its for safety and comfort.

I just finished making a test ride with my new CCP stabilizer. Worked very well on the trails @ Hollister Hills SVRA. Rode as hard and as fast as I could for the test... at least as hard as someone who's 61 can anyway. On the age note... I regularly pass much younger riders, so I'm no slouch. Would have liked to have the Elka or Precision, but at 1/3 the cost, you can't beat it.

Fit... You will have to move your rectifier, but you'd have to do that with the Elka or Precision as well. Instructions tell you to turn it around 180 degrees... so that the wires come out forward rather than back. But if you do that, you'd be stretching your wires too much IMO. I made a bracket to raise the rectifier to 45 degrees from it's original flat position. You also have to move your front brake lines back just a little. Again, you'd have to do that with the others as well.

Bottom line here is... If you want more adjustability, I'd go with the Precision... and shoot a big hole in your pocket. For the price, you can't beat the CCP and I'm quite happy I went that way.
