I am at work, so I cant do much research, but would those work with the stock bar clamp? and does it sit higher than stock bars? as in would I have to get different cables?

No, they won't fit with your stock clamp.. they're oversized (1 1/8)... you would need a bigger clamp, but the controls and cables will be fine
