got what I need to move the TB back away from the head . its about 1" spacer . not much room to go more than that ,yeah it gets kinda tight to go more than that. thats all I really wanted anyway

if that spacer had been 1/8 longer it would of been a no go

road the XX today. the TB bore ,is worth it ,and BTW so is moving the TB back an 1 inch.

I have no air box which BTW is one of the reasons it makes it possible to move the TB back .

the bracket on the fuse box had to go , no room for it .

I had used a 2'' exhaust pipe .the thin wall made for a step from the TB and then as well into the head. to me that was not good . wanted to get a piece of thick wall aluminum pipe and then machine it for a better fit . but then I found some electric conduit the plastic type ,that fit perfectly inside the exhaust pipe . chucked it up in the lathe for a bit of port matching
