I went with RAZR2 front tires. They really helped with the handling and when the rear ones come out, I will be putting a set of them on too.

I have been wondering the same thing. I really dont need better traction on the rear, just a better tread pattern to allow the tires to slide more.Definitely Razr 2's or GNCC's on the front. The 10" wide rear tire that is coming out does concern me a bit. The stock is 9" wide. My fear is that the rear end is going to hook up even better with the new Razr rear tire, which will cause even more push in the front end. Thoughts?

I agree that traction is not the problem in the rear. I just need a tire with some puncture resistance. Ive popped a hole in both a front and a rear tire, just from "cruising" over some rocky trails. I kind of hoped that Maxxis would make the Razr 9" wide like the stock tire.I have been wondering the same thing. I'm hearing quite the stupid price for these from Maxxis. $239.00 each. Which is possible since the XX will be the only bike using them. You should be able to find any tire you want for the front. It is my understanding that the Razr will be available in a 22x10x11 for the rear.
You could buy 2 - 10" wheels for that price. (Which is what I would do)I'm hearing quite the stupid price for these from Maxxis. $239.00 each. Which is possible since the XX will be the only bike using them.
